Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of our adhesive nursing pads, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure every customer receives a pristine, uncontaminated product.

1. No Open-Box Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any box where the factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. Once a box is opened, it is considered a "used" sanitary item and cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of whether the individual pads inside were used.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning unopened items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will make it right!

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage/defect.

  • We will send a replacement box immediately at no cost to you.

5. Adhesive Performance

Please note that our pads feature a Medical-Grade Gentle Adhesive designed for sensitive skin. Variations in skin type, the use of nipple balms, or improper skin preparation (moisture/oils) can affect adhesion. Because of this, "insufficient stickiness" due to application error is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for a refund on opened boxes.
